The LENGA has been drafted in response to rising sea levels. As a coastal town, the Esplanade is right by the beach. So moving the town “up the hill” is the only logical solution to the Global Climate threat.

We’re starting with the LENGA. Which is the Lakes Entrance Northern Growth Area. The LENGA DCP is a Developer Contributions Plan that has been drafted in conjunction with an urban framework. The council have drafted a plan to see 1203 new dwellings “on the top of the hill”, one medium density site & a brand new neighbourhood activity centre.

Usually, I write these buying tools in my office. But I thought that this time, seeing as I’m writing about acreage sites, I’d sit outside at my parent’s 4-acre hobby farm in Baxter.
